Returns Eligibility

  1. Store Credit for Valid Issues: If you encounter any issues with your order, such as damaged or incorrect items, you may be eligible for store credit. To be eligible for store credit, you must contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require proof of the issue, which may include clear photographs or other documentation.
  2. No Returns for Syrups, Sauces, or Concentrates: Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for coffee syrups, sauces, or concentrates unless there is a valid issue as described in point 1. This policy helps us maintain the integrity and quality of our products.

  3. Store Credit: If your return is approved, we will issue store credit for the value of the affected items, which can be used for future purchases on our website. Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.
